The hospitality desk will provide all the information and status of any activity that is happening during the day for your group, since the beginning arrivals until the last departure of your attendees, the staff is composed of 2 to six staff fully English speaking with more than 10 years of experience in the group and meeting business in Cancun, equipped with the proper tools (laptops and flat screens).
